There are a busy few months ahead for us at Get Jerky. With autumn and winter on their way, we’re filling our calendar with events to bring our jerky to you! Here are just some of what’s to come:
September
Ruthin Artisan Market & Shrewsbury Farmers Market
Kickstarting our busy schedule are two local markets: Shrewsbury Farmers Market on the 16th and Ruthin Artisan Market on the 30th. We’re excited to be among other incredible local businesses and share our delicious jerky with you. (P.S. You’ll also see us at the Ruthin Artisan Halloween Market on the 28th of October!)
October
Mid Wales Autumn Fayre, Builth Wells
Next on the list is Mid Wales Autumn Fayre. Taking place in the Royal Welsh Show Ground, it’s a great day out for all the family with classic cars, trucks, tractors, and many different food and drink and arts and crafts stalls. We will be one of over 40 stalls; don’t miss your chance to come and see us on the 7th and 8th of October. Early bird tickets are still on sale now.
Llangollen food festival
Spread across various locations in Llangollen on the 14th & 15th of October, this festival is dedicated mainly to fantastic food & drink exhibitors. In the heart of North Wales, this festival is also surrounded by stunning scenery. It’s the perfect location for jerky tasting! See all the latest news on the festival here.
November
Good Food Show Winter, Birmingham
From the 23rd to the 26th of November, we’re heading back to the NEC in Birmingham for the Good Food Show Winter. With a new star-studded line-up for The Big Kitchen and a whole list of workshops, exhibitors, and tastings, this event is a must-do for food and drink lovers. Royal Welsh Winter Fair, Builth Wells
Another chance to visit the wonderful Royal Welsh Showground! It was amazing to see so many of you in July, and we hope to see many more on the 27th and 28th of November. December
Christmas Cracker, Welshpool
If you’re looking for the perfect place to do a bit of Christmas shopping, then the Welshpool Christmas Cracker is the best place to go. It’s held in the Welshpool Livestock Market on December 2nd and will be full of stalls selling unique and original Christmas gifts. Get Jerky is just one of the many amazing local vendors at this event, so don’t miss out!
Illuminated Tractor Run, Welshpool
Stock up on your jerky before Christmas. One of the best family events in Welshpool, this year’s illuminated tractor run is a must-see. And it’s made all the better by your favourite jerky brand attending! Keep yourself warm on the 10th of December with our extra-spicy Devil’s Wrath Jerky.
