- 40g Trailhead Spicy Chilli Beef Jerky
- 300g Penne Pasta (Fresh)
- 350g Mediterranean Chargrilled Vegetables
- 500g Tomato Passata
- 120g Parmesan grated
- 4 Sprigs Parsley
How to:
- Cook the pasta
- Sauté the vegetables
- Blend the Trailhead Spicy Chilli Beef Jerky and add Add the Tomato Passata
- Add the cooked pasta bring to the boil and serve
- Garnish each serving with grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
