  • 40g Trailhead Spicy Chilli Beef Jerky
  • 300g Penne Pasta (Fresh)
  • 350g Mediterranean Chargrilled Vegetables
  • 500g Tomato Passata
  • 120g Parmesan grated
  • 4 Sprigs Parsley

How to:

  1. Cook the pasta
  2. Sauté the vegetables
  3. Blend the Trailhead Spicy Chilli Beef Jerky and add Add the Tomato Passata
  4. Add the cooked pasta bring to the boil and serve
  5. Garnish each serving with grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
